HOW WE DO IT

We acquire historic townhomes, multifamily buildings, select retail and office properties and for new mixed use development opportunities in urban areas in the vicinity of hospitals, public transit, college and universities, night life, and entertainment.

Land Development & Re-development:

Obtain land suitable for development and/or redevelopment of commercial retail space and residential Multi- Family housing, Retail- Shadow or Grocery anchored stores/chains and strip shopping centers
